About Us

Kaya Children International is a Christian organization securing and promoting social justice for children on the streets in order to help them reach their potential and fulfill God’s unique plan for their lives.  Kaya serves children of the street, children on the streets and children at extremely high risk of entering street life in La Paz, Bolivia, returning them their safety, childhood, dignity and future through holistic service in a safe, loving, family environment.

While we work to meet the immediate needs of those living on or near the streets, Kaya, originally named the Bolivian Street Children Project, serves as a part of a larger effort working towards a future where no child calls the streets home.
